An excellent question!

First of all, butterfly nets. A butterfly net is the easiest way to nullify a fairy’s powers. They cannot use magic while trapped under one, although they can still fly.

Second, their wands. Take away a fairy’s wand and he or she is essentially powerless. If you want to rid all of the fairies of their powers, destroy the Big Wand in Fairy World.
